I'm not sure about your question.
Oracle is a database supported by default from CC Studio.
At design time you need an ODBC driver for Oracle.
You can create your website as servlets or JSP's.
At the web server you can use different ways to connect to Oracle including JDBC if you like.
You don't need a fully certified J2EE server for the stuff generated by CC Studio.
