You have a few options for a Help Desk application, one is to use the Task Manager included in the example pack. Also, this site was a big help for me and it includes a Bug Track example: http://www.gotocode.com/.

Using either of these as a template you could very quickly adapt them to your needs.

If you need a live support then CHAT is your answer, search www.planetsourcecode.com for ASP examples, or you could pony up with some $$ and pay for a Live Support component to "plug in" to your CCS app. Look at www.aspin.com for both free code examples and components to purchase.

Ahh.

Perhaps then a FAQ is probably your best bet. Its not a chat but users can search for issues and resolve questions themselves. If you've purchased CoceCharge they are happy to send you an example, actually, its what they use on their site! I believe you just send a request to support and you’ll receive it via email. Their support is fantastic.

Finally, codecharge has a forum example as well if you choose to go that rout.

Unfortunatelly a FAQ wouldn´t solve my problems this time... I need something that could replace phone calls

OK, then these guys are a good place to turn. As I could't find a CHAT for CodeCharge the best bet us to purchase a canned program - I think this one is around $160.00 and would resolve your issue - check it out its called Absolute Live Support:
