I have seen random numbers in php urls such as :
www.....mypage.php?ran23=123817236123
Is this a way to prevent page or session hijacking? How is this best used in CCS / PHP?
TIA

This looks like a random number, which might be used to expire the cache.
You can exire the cache in CCS without using this method, either by turning off the "Improve HTTP Caching" property of the project, or via HTML Meta tags.

I would try NOT to use these for a site which you want search engines to
scan as the page/link that they cache/record wont be there next time they
return...
