 Newbie Template question

Ok I keep seeing people refer to the template.html file for editing the template however I just can seem to find Template.html or anything like it. What I want to do is create a 2 menu template top side will look like tabs and the left side like a standard menu. Any clue on how I can do this would be helpful

Hello,
CCS doesn’t generate Template.html, but Template.asp, Template.php, etc. depending on selected code language. The basic information about CCS template variables and blocks could be found in CCS Help (I provide PHP links)
