MySQL
Apache
PHP 4.3.11
Horizontal CSS bar is an included page in most of my pages.

WIth some help, I have been able to reproduce the Horizontal CSS bar example with little bugs. However, I have recently found 2 issues that I have not been able to fix on my own.

1)When I click on the menu, for instance Employees, I am taken to the employee page, but the menu bar disappears on the next page. This page also has the menu bar as included but is not showing up. Once I am on the second page, and hover over a link, I see the parameter php?menu_id=11 in the url.

2)Also, when I click on the main category link, for instance Employees, it will take me to a blank page with the sub-selections as a menu bar.
