I have done this before and just cannot remember how. I simply want to
create a grid form linked to a record form but they must be on separate
pages. CCS produced two pages like participantsGrid.php and
participantsRecord.php (and html) but using the Grid and Record builder
it always puts the two on one page.

Trevor,
You can create forms using builder and them cut and paste Record form into other page. In this case update Link on a grid form to point to a new page.
