Problem with patTemplate 3.0.0 and Apache 2.0

Hi to all,
I have a problem with patTemplate 3.0.0:
from when it has been update Apache at the version 2.0, the PHP application respond in this mode:

pat-Error Could not load module patTemplate_Reader_File (Array/File.php).

Which is the problem?
