I have a header that has a HCCSMenu embedded in it.

When I include the header in a blank page in works perfectly.

I want to include it in an already created page and I get the main menu but the drop down fails.

See:

I am referring to the menu across the top.

Please help.

I couldn't see what's wrong, but I'd try to solve such problems by copying that page to another test page, then randomly deleting various parts of the HTML until it starts to work. When it starts to work then the part of HTML that you removed last was the one that was causing the problem.
Possibly the 2 JavaScript functions that you have in the main page are causing this issue, so you may want to start the debugging process by removing them first.

I didn't try too hard to figure out your page code, BUT... the
window.onload property can get set incorrectly with Includes, so that the
onload isn't executing what you think it should. The short explanation of
this is that you can have an onload pointing to the Include but this doesn't
work because the 'outer' page is the one that is actually loaded.

Put in alert('some text") functions and see what does or doesn't execute.
You will probably be surprised at what doesn't get executed or - if they all
do - by the sequence in which they execute.

I think I have a better idea.
I have another side menu. And when I remove it the top one works.

Could it be variables in the menu. Subcategory etc.???

I used the examples to create both menus.
