Redirect for users not logged in not working properly

If a user tries to go to a page without logging in first, the redirect adds in extra stuff...
www.mysite.com/www.mysite.com/login.asp
instead of:
www.mysite.com/login.asp

any ideas on why this is happening and how do i fix it?

for this i would edit the SERVERURL variable from common.asp
