Is CCS3 report generator going to have "Save as Excel , Word Doc or PDF " feature?

Save as Excel and Doc are not necessary. You can easily implement this in all Web applications.
PDF output might require a commercial PDF component.

If you mean that the support for Excel and Doc would be good for marketing, then I agree and we can say that it is supported 
As for PDF, I believe that we're trying to figure something out and may license or resell some 3rd party components for that.
