I just sent this into support, but thought I'd put it up here. If anyone has an answer, great. If not, when I do get an answer I'll put it up and others can find it later.

I was evaluating CCS with a project I'm involved in. I develop on xp and the project is located on a win 2003 box. While evaluating I was able to publish without a problem. Now I have purchased the product and publishing doesn't work. No errors, just doesn't happen.

It will publish locally, but not publish with ftp to the live server. I tried setting up a new virtual directly and that didn't work.

I did find a post in the forums about this but essentially the guy was told he had tried to crack ccs and that is why it wasn't working. I'm not in that boat, I paid for it but now the project for which I purchased it it isn't working for.

Please help.

Any idea of when the new fix will be available. I had to enter my code after reinstalling the demo and now it doesn't publish again.

It's available and tested currently. You can request it from our support.

If it is available why not put it on the website?

Because as I wrote it is being tested currently. We don't want users to run into potential new problems.

Actually looks like it was posted to the Website but we didn't want to announce it to existing users until we check if new users will report any issues. So far looks good, so please re-download CCS again from http://www.yessoftware.com/download/download_form.php?product_id=1.
The current version is 2.3.2.26, with the only difference the FTP bug being fixed.
