When i tried building a simple app i get these errors on all the generated pages.

Could not load type 'NewProject1.orders_sta_list.orders_sta_listPage'.

the orders_sta_listPage is not generated.

First check your publishing settings -> select all files, then press F9 and preview your application inside a browser and not inside Liveview. This should work as it worked for me, too.
