Rene,
CCS generates code that utilizes SaveToMemory method, but some hosting companies don’t support it, but recommend to use SaveVirtual method. Contatc your hosting about it.

Nicole,

Thank you for your quick response. I'll contact my provider! If I have to use SaveVirtual method, how would I do that? Or is that impossible for me to achieve?

Thanks,

Rene

If hosting confirm that you need to use SaveVirtual then I recommend to contact YesSoftware support. You’re not the only one who face with this issue, they should have a fix for it.

Hi,

For other people having similar problems: Support suggested to try and use ASP/VBScript upload, that worked like a charm! So I'll stick to that.

Thanks everyone for their support.

Rene
