Yes i have a label that is not in any type of grid or record at the bottom of my page and i have a table that is called config now there is a table in config called copyright i want to display that on the bottom of my site but i add the label it doesnt let me choose a table

I think you have to embed your label into a form.
With a form you can associate a Data Source which in turn can select the field you want to tie to your label.
