I'm lloking for example/manual to write an Action/Custom extension.

The reason - security model, offered by CCS.
It's good for small applications, but for complex web-applications "security groups" concept is a little weak.

So, I'm transferring my time-proven concept with separate access rights for every page/procedure, and need an example/manual on how to write a CCS Action.

Can anybody share some information, please?

Thanks,
Vasiliy.

Hi Vasiliy,

I too would love to know if anyone has (or whether CCS 3 possibly) has a proven way to add in some extensions. Even just to be able to have some library of my own code that I can then insert commands from using the Actions menu would be a great time-saver. Even having a snippets library to use in the CCS IDE would do for now!

In the long term, if we have a way to actually add components, and even take existing components, extend/modify them, to make new components, that would be great.

Hopefully someone will come with a solution for you soon. 8-)

Cheers,
Cass.
