A project using ccs2.3.24 moves to ccs2.3.26 get error as following:
error type：
Microsoft VBScript runtime error(0x800A01AD)
ActiveX can't create object : 'Scripting.Dictionary'
/onlineForm/Common.asp, line 71

This issue is not related to upgrading/moving your project. It just happened at the same time.
It's probably related to corrupted Windows components and the resolution might be the same as posted at http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;833766
