I have a whole project develop in ASP and i want to use a charting component that only
works in ASP.NET. Is there any way to integrate ASP login & password session variables
with ASP.NET session variables?

No, not easily.
You might want to take a look at what I wrote about the ASP to ASP.NET Migration Assistant a while back. I wrote it for CC not CCS, but might still be of interest...
