Help Please !!!!

I´m working with a database of Golf scores.

I need to show a grid, that have the first column with the numbers from 1 to 20. (Or with less if necessary) for every single user.

These numbers need to change dinamically, because every day the users insert a new "score" and I have no idea or clue of how to do this.

Any ideas will be welcome.
