This may be a silly question, but I am drawing a complete blank. How do you know what type of license (perpetual or non-perpetual) that you have. I have had CCS since 1.0, CC even longer.

If your license has never expired and still works then it is perpetual. A non-perpetual license is an annual subscription and would need to be renewed each year to continue to work.
