CodeCharge Studio 2.3 was replaced on our Website today with a minor update 2.3.2.27 that resolves the following issues:
- application crash when launching on Windows 2000 with SP4 Rollup update
- application crash when launching while using Spy Sweeper software
The new version can be obtained from the main product download page at http://www.yessoftware.com/download/download_form.php?product_id=1

To get the update require you to fill out all information for existing
registered users. It should ask for the serial number instead.

In my case:
Get to Yes site, pre filled download form, click and download.
When downloaded and saved, dubbleclick install.
Start up click Activate, and go.
