I have written a PHP Apps to do my Printing Function

I need to Call this Page after the ADD Button is clicked....

How do i add this call to the OnClick Event...

I think that you cannot call a PHP page at all. PHP doesn't provide such functionality, except for the "file" function which may be difficult to use in your case. But you can:
a) include your PHP program and then call its functions wherever you want.
b) redirect the page to your page/program as shown at http://docs.codecharge.com/studio/html/ProgrammingTechn...irectUsers.html
Though it's best to do this after the record is added, using After Insert event.
