I included my login.php page inside an iframe in an existing html page. how do I redirect logins to new page instead the iframe?

Seems the easiest way outta this is to remove the iframe and instead
'include' the login page. Make the login page includable.

I played and made an example to (I think) do the redirect like was
described. It's in the 'download' section of my website (see below).
Look for it under "Escape from an IFRAME after login (PHP)"
