DataObjx would like to announce that the Public File Area of Document Manager Pro will be open for CodeCharge Studio users who would like to share CCS related examples with other CCS Users.

Location: dmpro.DataObjx.net

The idea here is to share code, projects and other documentation with the community from a centralized location.

To upload files, simply login at the address provided below. Then click "upload file" and follow the prompts given by the upload wizard.

All users currently registered with DataObjx have been given the ability to upload files up to 3mb per file. If you need to upload a file larger than 3mb, please contact me at the email address provided above. I encourage you to use WinZip to zip the file(s) prior to upload so as to conserve as much space as possible on DataObjx.

If (you register after this post date/time at www.dataobjx.net) and you cannot login to Document Manager Pro, please emailadministrator@dataobjx.net and I'll link your user id into Document Manager Pro as it's a separate application.

I have created public folders for all of the languages supported by CodeCharge Studio as well as JavaScript.

As files are uploaded, I'll create additional directories - based on the uploads - and sort them out accordingly.

In the mean time, you can place the files within the root directory of the applicable language.

Over the next few days, I'll upload those files and scripts that I've found usefull and hope that others with the community will also share their code.

feha,

Thank you for your support and for the support from so many of you from which I've received emails.

It has always been the hope of DataObjx to enhance the CCS community and to provide opportuniies for developers to have a centralized location to download examples, purchase products related to CodeCharge Studio and ultimately enhance our experiences and promote our learnings with CCS.

I think that all of our CCS developers reading this post need to keep in mind an important principal regarding this new opportunity - and that is that although they are invited to and welcome to the code examples posted now or in the future.. - that not only should they take and use the examples posted there... but should also consider the things they've done that can be shared - so we can learn and benefit from their examples as they did from the examples posted by others.

By the way, many of the examples are simple one page examples with a brief explanation. Many use JavaScript which will work with PHP, etc as well as it does with ASP.

After downloading and viewing the example - you'll see that it takes little effort to provide a project file demonstrating your example.

Some examples posted at dmpro.dataobjx.net are;

WYSIWYG Editor example
Provides all code necessary to incorporate a WYSIWYG Editor into a CCS form.

Dynamic IFrames Example
Provides all code necessary to incorporate a Dynamic iFrame into a CCS form.

Field Masking Example e.g.,
Provides all code necessary to incorporate field masks on input boxes while the user types. e.g. Good for Phone Number, SSN, Date, Money and other fields. Easy to modify for use.

Everyone is encouraged to log in and download the examples - upload examples of their own.... etc, at dmpro.dataobjx.net (no http:// prefix.)

If in doubt, place the code in the root directory of the language the example is coded in....

On another note;

After logging in to respond to this post, I noticed and responded to the post below... as it was related to an example posted on dataobjx today.

I have also responded to a post regarding iFrames at http://forums.codecharge.com/posts.php?post_id=62405 - an example of the code is posted within the Public File Area of dmpro.dataobjx.net
