Can we have data updated by just recieving email rather than to type
input through specific page and button?

Can anyone show a sample of the above and explain to me ..."how to..."

You shouldn't do this using CCS since there is no relation to Web applications here. You will need to create an email parser program (could be Perl script) that is scheduled by cron, accesses your POP3 mailbox, retrieves emails, parses them, and updates the database. It could be a lot of work but a good system administrator may be able to do this.
