I've been using ccs for several years now and with the exception of it's memory leak problem it's a super tool.

I just stumbled accross a little freeware utility. "MemInfo", which when running shows a very small icon in the task bar and indicates memory usage.

If i leave ccs running all day the % of memory used steadily climbs. my solution once the memory got up to a no longer useable level was to shut ccs down and then start it back up.

Well, Meminfo when right clicked has an option "Memory Defragmentor" and to my surprise, it works! No longer do i have to shut down CCS.
