Hello.

I'm playing with CCS and I've encountered following problem. There is a grid with filter and with navigator. I start to browse data with empty filter conditions, let's say I go to page 10. Everything works cool.

Now, I add filter condition like WHERE age<30 thus narrowing record count.

The problem is, that last pagenumber is passed in URL resulting in adding to my query some LIMIT wich is far past the page count with current query... The effect is I got "no records".

Andy idea what could it be? Is it my erroneous use of the CCS or is it normal? How can I fix it?

Best regards,
Piotr

You must add the same filter to the ds->CountSQL property - just like you
did to the ds->SQL property. Otherwise, the grid counts pages based on the
unfiltered number of rows.

Go to the Data(tab) Properties for your search form and Set "Preserve Parameters" to "None"

There are times when you want variables like that one to be passed from page to page and CCS makes it easy (sometimes too easy) to do.
