I want to make a dinamic sql access using login, password, db, server,
port.. how can I take this dinamic like on the login form to put it to use ?
The CSS needs mandatory connection to work.

Look at http://www.scholarshipfunding.org. The login form there does
exactly this, based on the user type. This was created by www.GotoDon.com.
