CC supports a top and bottom border (header/footer page)

Is there a solution to use a left and right border?

Marco,
you build such page layout by surrounding page with <table> tags and playing with <tr> and <td>. The solution requires additional html code on Header and Footer pages. Refer to Classifieds example where the "left border" is added, it'd be helpful you.
