You're not clear about some article about date format ?
Or about this topci only ?
What is specifically unclear ?
Any example you fail to reproduce ?

I have the following problem

I have in table four fields - title, from_date,to_date,venue
I want to search by from_date and to_date
here from_date and to_date are the date type in Ms-access

when i develop this and going for search it gives me data type mismatch , i checked all field type
please help me

Ravi,
refer to Events Management tutorial mentioned by CC Support. There you'll find how to search between dates. Note, date handle issue strongly depends on db you use.
