I have searched the forums and have not found a topic directly on point.
What I want to do is upload an Excel file (columns are predefined) then import the data into my MS-Access that is on the server.
The upload portion I have. No problem there.
Its the appending data part I am unsure about.

How big and complex are your spreadsheets - if the Spreadsheets are small there are better solutions.
