In design mode, the glyphs do not appear to show right. They are all blue exclamation marks, like this <!>
Is this a problem?
Thanks

I didn't understand this question, for example.

In design mode the glyph icons do not show like in the user guide. For example a label control based on database content should have an arrow icon with a cap "A" in it. A form has an arrow with "form" written on it.

My program does not show any of these icons, they are all <!> and I was just wondering why this is.
Thanks

Looks like you may be referring to the "Reveal Tags" feature on the View menu. Try pressing Ctrl and / to toggle this mode.

I'm using the latest version, and this is still a problem. Pressing ctrl-/ just makes them go away. That does not solve the problem. Tags on my screen appear as diamonds with a "?" inside them. Also, labels all show an opening "span" tag. What gives? Was this really a final release?

Steve,
This behavior is by design and the "Reveal Tags" feature is automatically controlled by MS DHTML features (part of Internet Explorer). We don't have much control of it, although we may be able to replace the question mark icons with something else later.
Although I also don't fully understand why you want to use this feature if you don't like it. I think that this is a rarely enabled option and not really needed.

One reason is that I don't use as many tables as I do Divs with css/xhtml. In 2.3, the DIV tags displayed properly in "reveal tags" mode and made it MUCH easier to insert before or after a tag. In 3, they do not display properly or show as an opening "SPAN" with no closing tag etc... There are other reasons as well. If Yes did not intend for us to use this feature, then why was it even included?

Should only the best and perfect features be included? Sure, but that's only my opinion and your opinion, while Yes and others may disagree. It could even be little selfish to prevent everyone from using something just because it doesn't work well and I don't like it.
Possibly this feature can be improved, so at least it's good to see that someone is using it and pointed the problem.
My only point would be that the problem originates somewhere else, in the extensive changes made to the design mode itself. The "reveal tags" feature is provided automatically by the IE and only reflects what IE sees in the design mode. We see the differences because the design mode complexity has increased in CCS 3.0, not because this feature was heavily changed in CCS 3.0. I'll forward your improvement suggestions to the right person and hopefully some of those things can be improved.
Thanks.
