I developed an application using codecharge studio and everything seemed to be good. The most of the users can log themselves to the pages. But there are some workstations where it doesn''t work. You get only the Login form. When you put there your username and password it just open the Login page again. I have used IE6 and Netscape 7.1 but the results are the same. I have tried
with and without a firewall (Sygate). And now I don''t know what to do. The workstations are Windows XP and the web server is running from a windows 2000 server machine.
Any ideas?
Regards,Charles

Possibly session cookies are disabled in some browsers. I recommend that you try various privacy settings in IE and determine what works for you.
Also try to login from those problematic workstations to some public Websites like Yahoo, plus couple others. This might help determine if the problem is related only to the client/browser, or your application or server.

Hi Peter,
I have gone as far as deleting the windows and still the problem persist.
Can this Problem be from the application?

You could put a couple of labels on the page and add BeforeShow events to
set them to the values of two functions:
CCGetUserLogin()
CCGetGroupID()
to confirm whether the login worked or not (do these functions return
appropriate values?).
I'm with Peter, though. I think the browser privacy/security settings are
interfering. Or perhaps they are 'filtered' through something like
ZoneAlarm or similar product, thus blocking some aspect of normal browser
operation.
Since most users work fine, I don't suspect the application to be at fault.
