Hi Code gurus.

As I understand it, some ISPs will not let you have remote access to their
SQL servers without login into
PHPmyadmin control panel how do codechargers get around this ? I know that
some apps get around this, can this be done with CCS ?

In such case you would probably need to install MySQL and copy the database to your local computer for testing. Later you can publish to the server and the Web application will connect locally to the live database.

Thanks Peterr, do I need to create or name the database on the remote server
first ?

Probably not, only when you're ready to upload your Web application to your server. So, develop and test locally with a local database, then get the server ready.
