yes what i want to do is i have 4 pages that i want to merge the html into the php part how would i do that

I didn't understand if you have 4 HTML pages, or 4 PHP pages, or if those 4 pages were created with CCS. If they were then you can make all of them includable and then create another page where you include all the includable pages.

What i am saying in code charge you have a php page and the html page say index.php it also has index.html i want to take the html code and insert it in the php like created when I use zend

You cannot do this with CCS, and I don't understand the reason for it. I've also never seen anyone asking for something like this. We use the templating technology to replace the old programming style where PHP and HTML were mixed. This is what everyone is moving away from, therefore I'm not sure why you'd want to move backwards.
However, you can manually create a PHP program with mixed HTML, then use it on its own or include into CCS page, or add into CCS code.
