For this Link, the Href Source should contain:
target_page.ccp
and
#update


Because target_page.html contains:
<a name="update" ></a>


But in Link Parameter, how do I specify:
Source Type
Parameter source
Parameter name


So that the URL looks like
target_page.php#update
