Hi,
you can forbid users to enter identical email addresses. Just mark email field as Unique in field properties.

yes
but if i do that the datbase will not accept the mail
and the user will have an error message
but what i nead :
the data will accept the mail and will write over the old mail
in order to have no duplicate mail in the mail list>

Beshoo,
from your words I see you want to update existing record with email field value same to entered by user. Am I right? If so, my advice is to create custom action event where look for record with the same email and update it.
