How to make vertical headers/footers

Hello all CC coders!

I wanted to have my CC application keep desired layout
with strong consistency of the look of every page.
I went really tired with rewriting (using DW and various other
WISYWIG editors) html templates for every (sic!) page of the
site.

So I decided to use only pure code generated with CC (which
is almost possible when you write some table tags in header
sections of the header and footer page (as described in article
"How to set the Width of your application, for example to 760
pixels wide")).

Well, you can do this way a lot for the look you need - but the
look I need appeared impossible to do!!! What I need is EVERY
page look like this:

ORDINARY CC HEADER

V V
E E
R R
T T
I I
C CC C
A FORMS A
L BETWEEN L
H F
E O
A O
D T
E E
R R

ORDINARY CC FOOTER

On the other word:
1) horizontal header and footer
and
2) two "global" and vertical columns (just like headers/footers
but along vertical edges of the page)
and
3) foms between them

BTW, - probably it is the most common layout in case of vortals
and portals!!!
It is very similar look as you achieve using global header/footer
page (except that originally they are in horizontal orientation).

Some help is strongly needed!

Thank in advance.

Sorry for the "picture" with such vertical columns and
forms betwenn them ;-)

It looks as CC application has trimed spaces...

In the meanwhile, I've learned how to make such vertical
Header playing with table row and cell tags, but it is
not too comfortable way and Netscape 4.7 crashes on it!

Greetings to all,
Valdi
