I have a standard Grid page. There is a standard "Insert" link.

I need to have a radiobutton control (let say Type: 1 2 3). When I click on "Insert" link I want to pass value of radiobutton control as Parameters like

myRecordpage.php?radiobutton_control_parameter=1

or 2 or 3 depending what I have selected.

How I can implement this?? Where I should put my radiobutton control? What code and what Event I should use?
