I have a radio list in my search box that allows the user to select either Temp (0) or Perm (1), how can i also have a radio button that allows the user to select both Temp or Perm? Similar to the List box option of selecting Custom Initial Value 'Any'

Paul,
use custom List Of Values for radio list field and the use any value as Initial. As there's no option like 'Submit Value' for ListBox you should catch the passed value and process it in any way.
