I downloaded both versions of the portal and the forum (ASP and ASPT) The regular version works fine after i input the connection string. The template version just hangs. Is there something else that has to be done to get the template version to work?

I had the same problem. A kind person on this forum pointed out that it was an due to script blocking in Norton. I disabled Script Blocking in Norton and now templates work great.

Hello Andrew and Robert,
In fact I have somes troubles with built pages with templates and I think the problem were in the connection with db (DNSLess, Jet 4.00 OLE DBProvider) cos all fields in the table are empty. I made the same exercise without templates end the example running perfectly.
I think is a bug into CC when works with templates.

In my PC I have not Norton Products and the pages with template not running. Only without templates running perfectly.

I just wanted to chime in and say I have this problem as well on W2k, IIS 5.
I've tried pretty much all of the template versions and they always hang.
