Anyone else having problems contacting Yes?
I upgraded to CCS 3 and heard nothing from Yes, no reg code nothing?
Now they arn't replying to my customer support requests either.
Is it something I said?

Tony,
I ordered mine online.
Paid by CCard, the order confirmation was instant, received my code within
10 minutes.
What have you said that would make them not respond I wonder.

Tony,
YesSoftware sent you two order confirmations, replied to your emails, and re-forwarded to you your order 4 times already.
I recommend that you provide them with another, working email address where you can be reached.
