My Date field search doesn't work, if I left the Date blank and click on Search it works, but if I enter or select a date from the Calendar it gives me the error below anyone have any idea why?
I am using Access Database and all of my Dates are format as mm/dd/yyyy.

Thanks for any help.

Never mind, I found my problem.

My Server connection using the wrong Database provider change it to MSAccess took care of my problem.
