Here is the Themes to Style converter for CCS3. Experimental, undocumented and unsupported but partially tested and hopefully should work well in most cases.
We recommend that the advanced users give it a try first.
http://support.codecharge.com/files/ccs3/T-to-S-Converter.zip
Basic instructions:
1. Convert CCS2 project to CCS3.
2. Run the converter program "converter.hta" and configure available options.
3. Open the converted project in CCS3 and add the necessary Style to the project via Project Setting->Styles.
Please note that this utility is unsupported, however, we will review any comments and try to make improvements if needed.

I just tried it - the end result looks promising, but there seem to be some consistent errors produced for virtually every, if not every file -- excerpt ->

Thanks. I had similar problem initially, which was later resolved and then I converted couple projects correctly. So I suspect that this problem now affects only some projects. If you could email your project or sample pages to the support then we'll check into this - even though this utility is not covered by support.
Sorry about the problem.

No problem. I'll post the resolution when available. However, it may help to submit couple improperly converted CCS2 pages to our support for analysis.

Hi all,
The Themes to Styles converter was updated at http://support.codecharge.com/files/ccs3/T-to-S-Converter.zip
Couple changes were made in this update:
- Grid captions are now placed correctly within the CCS3 form header as long as the the caption was inside the grid block in CCS2.
- The above reported problem was resolved, at least in instances where we could reproduce it.
Updated instructions:
1. Convert CCS2 project to CCS3.
2. Make sure the project is closed in CCS (or close CCS itself).
3. Run (double-click) the converter program "converter.hta" and configure available options.
4. Open the converted project in CCS3 and add the necessary Style(s) to the project via Project Setting->Styles.
Please keep in mind that this product is released "as-is" and without warranties. However, we'd like to make it work as well as we can and any feedback is welcome.

I just converted a fairly complex project- and it
mostly ran OK.
The tool did not convert the custom margins in the body tag.
(rightmargin, topmargin , etc)
I had to go back to each page and use the page/properties
and/or cut and paste to fix the body tag.
It also did not find my new custom styles- is there a way
to change the drop down or add a text box to add my own
custom style name?
thanks,
-bill

Bill.
Styles utilize different HTML & CSS elements than Themes and require reformatting some of those elements. This is normal, at least when using automation.
Regarding custom styles, you can modify converter.hta and expand the listbox. For example add <option value="MyStyle">MyStyle</option>.
Or you can specify the Dynamic style, then later select your custom style as the default for your project.
