I suspect quite a few people would find this useful. I'm currently developing an email interface and one of the requirements is the text of the message can be very large. Oracle varchar2 is limited to 4000 characters the alternative is CLOB (character large binary object). To do is requires hand coding or extending codecharge, neither which I want to do.
