 CSS support from GUI

Hi All,
It would be nice if you could add a CSS file then on the right-click of
that file in the Project explorer launch an external style sheet editor.

I know this can all be done now manually, but it would be nice if it
were a bit more integrated. Also, would be nice if you could do a
File->New and have a CSS come up as an option.

and
