confirmation message not working

Hi I'm using CCS 3, with ASP.

I have a page with a grid a record form, I made them with the Grid and Record Builder. I added a confirmation message for the Delete button. I tested the page and it worked fine.

I then added another grid form, and the confirmation messages stop working. I see the javascript in the html code, but when I click on the delete button I get no confirmation message.
