I am having trouble with cached pages. I have created an account on my site for you to see my problem
Username=support
Password=support
http://www.flyavet.org/home/MyAccount.cgi
If you change the picture then return to MyAccount.cgi the picture has not changed. If you hit re-load then it shows the new picture.
I tried the on-load/manage-cache/clear all action but with no effect.
I even tried pragma: no-cache
Have you run into this before ?
I really don't want to turn cacheing off in apache 
Any ideas ?

Try to "Delete all offline content" from your local browser.
