If a field in a table is of Boolean type (Yes/No), any CCS's builder that include a Search form choose a checkbox type as default control for the Search.

In most case, this is not very useful because a checkbox in a Search form does not allow user to search for records on the False condition, that cannot be distinguished by the 'all record' condition in the search form. (True condition works fine).

The most common solution to manage search of Boolean fields is to use a simple Listbox instead: type ListOfValues, 1;Yes,0;No.

Doing this way, for the end users the default search result includes all records; if Yes in selected, the search result includes only records that have True condition in the field, if No in selected, the search result includes only records that have False condition in the field.

I hope Yes Software would consider putting ListBox instead of Checkbox as the default Control Type in the Search Builder for Boolean fields, it would make our job easier.
