Project --> Settings --> Server/Script
You can select 'Target Version' property = 1.0, 1.1 or 2.0

If the target is .net 2.0 why do I need to convert the project when I open it in vs.net 2005 ?
Is it using asp.net 2.0 controls or asp.net 1.0 controls ?

Thanks,
Elisha.

Did you remove project files (*.vcproj or *.vbproj) from the publishing folder? If VS.NET 2005 will find they, it will think that this is a old project which require converting.
