At least one part of the problem seems to be that your "http://localhost/portalpublish" displays HTML pages by default, instead of PHP pages. So you may want to change the Web server's configuration to run PHP scripts first, then HTML.

Thanks, I found it. Something stupid again! Peter you have answered my questions in an intelligent manor, assuming I know a little and gave me the answer.
Knowing less than I even thought, I forgot to put a check mark on the link_url in the Visual Query Builder.
This is so others new to CCS will not make the same mistake.
